Metuchen Sexual Predator Sentenced To Prison For Attempting To Lure Child On Social Media

Performing Lawyer Common Andrew J. Bruck introduced the sentencing of a New Jersey man to state jail as we speak for trying to lure an underage boy he met on social media to fulfill for a sexual encounter. 


The "underage boy” in actuality was an undercover detective collaborating in “Operation Open Home,” a multi-agency undercover operation in September 2018 led by the Lawyer Common’s Workplace that resulted in arrests of 24 males who allegedly had been utilizing social media to lure underage women and boys for sexual exercise. 


    Officers mentioned Robert Lisicki, 51, of Metuchen, N.J., was sentenced to 3 years in state jail by Superior Courtroom Choose Michael T. Collins in Ocean County.  Lisicki pleaded responsible to second-degree luring on July 1, 2021. 


Lisicki will probably be required to register as a intercourse offender beneath Megan’s Regulation and be topic to parole supervision for all times.


Deputy Lawyer Common Lisa Rastelli prosecuted Lisicki for the Division of Felony Justice Monetary & Cyber Crimes Bureau.  


Lisicki was arrested in September 2018 throughout Operation Open Home.

    On this case, an undercover detective with the New Jersey Regional Web Crimes Towards Kids (ICAC) Process Pressure encountered the defendant on social media, and the defendant, believing the undercover detective was a 15-year-old boy, requested the “boy” to fulfill him for sexual exercise. 


Lisicki mentioned the sexual acts he would carry out with the underage boy.
